Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Varying Shifts 7:45a-6p M-F, Alternating Sats 7:45a-12p

We are building something special at Redondo Shores, literally! The Redondo Shores Veterinary Center is an established 3-doctor practice undergoing renovations focused around patient care as well as functionality and comfort for our staff and clients, and this is your chance to be part of it! We're looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist with multitasking skills who shares compassion, critical thinking abilities, and a spirit of teamwork- along with a love of animals of course! Duties include:

• Greet clients and patients and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients about services, policies, and basic care information
• Support daily clinic operations through organization, coordination, and front desk upkeep
